They are looking for a Content Creation Manager to lead their clients' public relations efforts and foster long-term relationships with key media outlets across Europe.


Job Responsibilities
1. Localized Content Creation
- Write and adapt brand content into native Dutch for various channels, ensuring tone, nuance, and cultural relevance;
- Take full ownership of local copy for product messaging, campaign slogans, press releases, websites, and offline materials;
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives;
2. Social Media Operations
- Develop and execute social media content calendars for the Dutch market across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn;
- Create engaging Dutch-language posts, stories, captions, and community interactions to drive engagement and growth;
- Monitor performance and provide suggestions for content improvement based on data insights;
3. Video Content & Campaign Support
- Contribute creative ideas for short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) tailored to the Dutch audience;
- Participate in script writing, localization, and creative direction for video projects in collaboration with production teams;
- Assist in coordinating with KOLs/influencers and local content creators where needed;
4. Brand Consistency & Market Insight
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's positioning while resonating with the Dutch-speaking audience;
- Stay up to date with local market trends, cultural moments, and consumer language to drive relevancy and authenticity;
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with project managers, PR, design, and performance marketing teams to align content across all channels;
- Support campaign rollouts and seasonal activities with timely and effective localized materials.


Job Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent command of English (working language within the company);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing communications in the Dutch market;
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of relevant content;
- Experience in managing social media platforms and understanding of their dynamics and tone;
- Familiarity with video formats, trends, and storytelling on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube;
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of local culture and consumer mindset;
- Experience with automotive, consumer electronics (3C), or energy industries is a strong plus;
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in content planning tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Hootsuite) and basic knowledge of design or editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express);
- Experience working in international teams or with Chinese brands is a plus;
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
