Customs Clearance Officer (Full-Time)

With branches in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, they specialize in overseas warehousing, customs clearance, and transshipment services, supporting China-Europe cross-border e-commerce and international trade.

About the Role

They are looking for a Customs Clearance Officer to join their team in Belgium. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and compliant customs operations for their imports and exports across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export customs declarations and documentation
• Support and track customs inspections
• Maintain regular communication with customs authorities
• Assist in resolving customs clearance issues and anomalies

What They Are Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in customs compliance, import/export operations, or similar roles
• Good understanding of European customs regulations and procedures
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and French, Chinese is a plus
• Ability to manage time well and work under pressure
