Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand channel strategies for overseas target markets, establishing and maintaining distributor partnerships;
2. Formulate sales plans aligned with revenue targets and achieve sales objectives, including setting and meeting sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out targets for distributors, while being accountable for corresponding sales metrics and operational indicators;
3. Execute business development requirements for offline channels such as trade shows in accordance with company objectives and strategies;
4. Collaborate with channel partners to develop integrated marketing plans, manage pricing and incentive systems, and maintain healthy partnerships;
5. Gather product and competitor intelligence, analyze data to formulate localized sales strategies, segment markets, and manage omnichannel operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with proven channel sales experience in Europe;
2. Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills; excellent negotiation abilities; high accountability and resilience under pressure;
3. Proficiency in English as a working language; willingness to relocate overseas.
4. Familiarity with European energy storage subsidy policies and grid standards.
5. Technical foundation in lithium batteries/energy storage inverters, capable of independently delivering technical presentations.
6. Proficiency in client development using tools like LinkedIn.
