Company Introduction
Our client company is looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Go-to-Market Manager to lead the market entry and expansion of our premium padel racket brand in Western Europe. Starting with the Netherlands, you will develop and execute our GTM strategy, then expand to Germany, France, and Spain. This is a hands-on role covering both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on building partnerships with padel clubs and sports retailers.


Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our padel racket product line in the Netherlands, followed by expansion into other Western European markets;
- Drive sales and brand awareness through both e-commerce platforms and physical retail/distribution channels;
- Build relationships with padel clubs, sports retailers, and key industry partners;
- Identify and attend relevant sports events, exhibitions, and tournaments to promote the brand;
- Work closely with the marketing team to create localized campaigns for different markets;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine GTM strategies.


Job Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Proven experience in the sports industry or strong existing network in sports/padel communities;
- Solid background in sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy;
- Understanding of both online and offline sales channels;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;- Willingness to travel within Western Europe.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing contacts in padel clubs, sports associations, or sports retail networks;
- Experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketplace operations;
- Experience in launching a sports brand or product in a new market;
- Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
