Role Overview
They are looking for a (Senior) Technical Recruiter based in Spain to support enterprise-level hiring across Europe, with a strong focus on technology and digital roles.
This role is fully remote and ideal for a recruiter who has experience working with large internet or tech companies, either in-house or through agency/RPO/staffing environments.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and act as a trusted hiring partner to multinational clients expanding in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Technical Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for:
Software Engineers (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack)
Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure roles
Data / AI / ML roles
Product & Tech-related functional roles
Sales, marketing, SDR, HR and other operational roles
Handle recruitment for additional business functions when required (Sales, Operations, Corporate Functions)
Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
2. ️Enterprise Client Delivery
Partner with hiring managers from large internet and tech companies
Conduct detailed intake meetings and hiring strategy alignment
Provide market insights on Spanish and European talent pools
Ensure SLA delivery and hiring quality metrics
3. Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
Build and maintain strong pipelines across EMEA
Conduct proactive talent mapping and competitor analysis
Advise clients on compensation trends and talent availability
Support workforce planning discussions
4. Stakeholder & Process Excellence
Manage complex multi-stakeholder environments
Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
Maintain structured reporting and recruitment data tracking
Support RFP or pre-sales discussions when needed
Qualifications
Required Experience
Senior: 5+ years of recruitment experience/Junior: 1-4 years of recruitment experience
Strong experience hiring for technical and other sales and operational roles
Experience serving large internet, digital, or multinational tech companies
Previous background in:
Executive search / Headhunting
RPO
Staffing agency
Or embedded enterprise recruitment
Skills & Capabilities
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, local hiring platforms, Boolean search, talent mapping)
Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset and structured working style
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Language Requirements
Fluent English (working language)
Spanish fluency required, other European language as a plus
